The flat is a short walk from the O2 Shopping Centre which has a Sainsbury's Superstore, a private health club with swimming pool and a multiplex cinema. Just a little further down the road is a Waitrose Supermarket. There is both a large municipal library and swimming pool at Swiss Cottage, conveniently placed a few minutes away on the bus. Finchley Road and Hampstead in general, have a wide variety of restaurants, many within walking distance.
This is a spacious apartment on the third floor of a prestigious block, providing porterage and a lift for your convenience. The apartment has been totally renovated and renewed and now has three double bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, tastefully furnished lounge/dining area with feature fireplace and brand new state of the art fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen appliances include: dishwasher, oven and hob, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, iron and a microwave oven.
Our prices are inclusive of electricity, gas, hot water, bed linen, towels, colour television and central heating. Wireless broadband internet is also available free of charge.
This is not a serviced apartment; it is cleaned before and after your stay. The flat is equipped with a payphone with its own private number. Guests are advised to insure their belongings and valuables, as we are not responsible for their loss. It is also recommended that you take out holiday and cancellation insurance.
The apartment is let on the basis that you will not exceed the number of people listed on the booking form, unless this has been arranged, in advance, with our office. The security deposit will be returned once the apartment has been vacated, and providing the apartment is left in the same condition as on your arrival.

arrivals and departures:
We are able to arrange an airport transfer service using private cars, or for a larger party mini-buses. This service is cheaper than using a commercial taxi and offers the advantage of being met outside the baggage reclaim area by a driver who has the keys to the apartment. Please indicate when booking if you would like us to organise this service for you. We can also make arrangements for return transfers.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to make your own arrangements, please let us know as we will have to arrange for your access to the apartment. Flats are normally available after 2 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m., to ensure that they are serviced ready for the next booking. In the event that you wish to arrive early or stay late, please mention this when booking and we will try to accommodate you.
parking:
You are able to park your car in Alvanley Gardens, just behind Mandeville Court. However the area is well served by public transport and we would advise against using private cars.
deposit/payment:
The rental is £1250 per week. The normal rental period is 7 days.
A security deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required at least six weeks before arrival.
